SCHEDULE A MEET & GREET

All potential guests are required to go through a complimentary Meet and Greet process to get started. The purpose of the Meet & Greet is threefold:

1.) It will allow you and your pup to check out the facility ahead of any daycare or boarding, and you’ll get to learn more about the services we provide + the day-to-day routine here.

 2.) It is a way for us to observe your dogs’ behavior off-leash while they meet staff and future playmates. This will help us ensure our facility is the best fit to match your pups’ needs.

3.) It lets your dog experience the surroundings and get a feel for the hotel, without the pressure of having to stay for a long period of time, such as for daycare or boarding. It’s just a quick visit to allow them to get their paws wet, so to speak 🙂

We believe our Meet and Greets foster a feeling of familiarity. When your dog knows the hotel is a fun place to visit, it makes their stay far more relaxed and successful.

Once your dog has completed the Meet & Greet process, you can email us to schedule a Complimentary 1st Day of daycare to get them started. This allows your pup time to start acclimating without overwhelming them on day one. If you’re interested primarily in boarding, we will also require your pup complete a complimentary Trial Night as their final step to enrollment.

Vaccination & Spay/Neuter Requirements

• We require 4 vaccines: Rabies, DHPP (Distemper), Bordetella, and Canine Influenza.
• ALL dogs must have completed all round of Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella, and at least the 1st round of Canine Influenza, before their Meet & Greet. We require up-to-date, written proof from their vet.
• All dogs must be spayed or neutered by 7 months of age.
• All dogs must be on a regimen for flea, tick and heartworm control.
