SCHEDULE A MEET & GREET

All potential guests are required to go through a complimentary Meet and Greet process prior to any first time boarding or daycare. The purpose of this is two-fold:

1.) It is a way for us to watch your dogs’ behavior off-leash while they meet staff and future playmates.

2.) It lets your dog experience the surroundings and get a feel for the hotel before they come in to spend a significant amount of time.

We believe our Meet and Greets foster a feeling of familiarity. When your dog knows the hotel is a fun place to visit it makes their stay far more relaxed and successful.

Once your dog is signed up, we offer a complimentary day of daycare to get you started. This allows your pup time to start acclimating without overwhelming them on day one.

Vaccination Requirements

• Puppies must must be on track to complete their full series of vaccinations before enrolling: DHLPP, Bordetella, Rabies and Canine Influenza. Written proof is required from your vet.
• Adult dogs must have their DHLPP, Bordetella, Rabies and Canine Influenza vaccines up-to-date. Written proof is required from your vet.
• All dogs must be spayed or neutered by 7 months of age.
• All dogs must be on a regimen for flea, tick and heartworm control.
