High Tail Hotel has just been just been officially recongnized as a Green business with The City and County of San Francisco!!

Imagine taking your dog to a daycare and boarding kennel where their friends are waiting and ready to play. Some place safe with plenty of plants and bushes to sniff. A place with lots of green grass and room to romp. A place where fresh air and natural light are abundant.
That's what we had in mind when we started planning our dog hotel. We wanted to do something different from what we had seen at other boarding facilities.
No more rows of kennels on concrete floors, nor more stale air and lonely barks.
No more cages and confinement...we are totally cage-free.
Our goal was to do something new and fun.

We know how much our own dogs love being outside; why not bring the OUTSIDE IN!

This "doggy day care" is different in so many ways!

Our Grass - Besides offering soft footing for the dog on the go, our grass also has the ability to self flush the occasional urinary accident.

Going Green - We have resolved to use only products proven safe and effective for dogs, people and the environment.

Our Air - A powerful oxygen exchange system constantly provides fresh, filtered air throughout the building.

Our Plants - Just like a day at the park, your pet will enjoy fresh, live plants and bushes. We have consulted with landscapers and arborists to install a variety of plants especially safe for animals.

We feel our doggy day care and boarding accomodation is the perfect setting for your pet to thrive, feel safe, have fun and be happy! Whether our guests are just spending the day or staying overnight, we want you to look forward to returning. Come visit and see for yourself!
